Join the California Council for the Social Studies and representatives from the California Department of Education for an informative webinar highlighting the latest statewide developments in history–social science (HSS) education from the California Department of Education (CDE). This session will provide timely updates on key curricular initiatives, graduation requirements, instructional materials, and professional learning opportunities shaping classrooms across California. Participants will gain insight into current CDE projects and priorities, as well as their implications for local districts and educators. Attendees will also have the opportunity to engage with CDE staff, ask questions, and access valuable resources to support standards-aligned instruction and innovative teaching practices in HSS education. the California Department of Education (CDE).
